Hi, I’m Novae. I write queer romantasy about people falling in love, finding their courage and discovering who they are. In The King’s Weaver, those discoveries begin with a magical disguise and a very inconvenient king.

It’s spring, but the corridor outside the throne room is cold as a tomb. My breath mists as I pause with the other court mage candidates outside the broad oak doors, waiting for the guards to open them. I catch a reflection in a guard’s polished shield, and for a moment, I don’t remember that it’s mine.
But it is. That young man with shoulder-length, light brown hair and dark brown eyes peering at me from behind wire-rimmed spectacles is…me. It’s an illusion, but it’s a damned good one. Because I’m not actually a man.
But no one here can know that.

Is this the complete series?
This bundle contains Books 1–4. Book 5, A Weaver’s Storm, is a separate preorder that completes the series, out November 20, 2026 in ebook and December 20, 2026 in audiobook, paperback and hardcover. Print preorders ship 3–5 days after December 20.
What is the reading order?
Read in publication order: The King’s Weaver, A Weaver’s Heart, An Elemental Meeting, then An Elemental Husband. Book 3 is a prequel novella about Morgan and Valtair; reading it third leads into their story in Book 4.
What comes with the signed bundles?
Both signed editions include Books 1–4 signed by Novae and eleven double-sided art cards. The signed paperback bundle also includes a thank-you card. Unsigned paperbacks are books only.
