Refund policy
I have a 30-day return policy for physical goods, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Digital items are not eligible for refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unread, with any swag or tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Personalized books are not returnable unless they're damaged.
I can't refund international orders because of the buyer being unaware of customs import or duty fees. All customs import and duty fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
All clothing is not returnable, as it was print on demand, unless it was defective or damaged.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is a change of mind or item not needed, I'll deduct both the initial shipping and return shipping from your refund once I receive the item. If your return is a damaged or defective item or wrong item sent, I will issue a full refund on return and you will not have to pay for return shipping.
All returns (except for damaged or defective items) are subject to a 10% restocking fee, to be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of digital downloads, I do not accept returns or digital items such as ebooks or audiobooks. I do not accept returns on personalized items and books. I do not accept returns on clothing, as it's print on demand.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
